These logs can be generated by Admins, staff members, or even from actions occurring on the storefront, like when a customer creates or deletes an order or adds items to their cart. However, it's important to note that these logs provide a basic overview of the activity. For instance, if a product is deleted, the log will capture the fact that a specific product was removed but will not include detailed information such as who initiated the deletion, or specifics like the product's image, link, or other attributes. This means that while these logs are useful for tracking key actions, they do not offer in-depth analysis or context surrounding the activity.

As the name suggests, these logs specifically record the activities carried out by the Admin of the store. Unlike Important Event Logs, these logs provide a more detailed analysis of actions, allowing you to track changes more thoroughly, such as comparing modifications made during a product update. It's important to note that these logs are not generated when staff members perform some activities, only Admin actions are captured. To enable the recording of these logs, specific webhooks need to be activated. By default, we automatically enable all the available webhooks for your shop to ensure comprehensive tracking of every activity. This allows you to have visibility into all the significant changes and events happening in your store. However, you also have the flexibility to disable any webhooks that are not essential for your store. Doing so can help you conserve your shop&rsquo;s log quota and avoid unnecessary data collection, keeping things more streamlined.

Similar to Admin logs, these logs are recorded when staff members, including the Admin, perform activities within the shop. To activate the logging of these activities, the Admin must ensure that all staff members install a specific Chrome Extension from the webstore. Once installed, these logs provide a detailed analysis of the actions taken, such as identifying which staff member performed the activity and when it occurred. This level of detail ensures that you have complete visibility into the contributions and actions of every individual within your team, making it easier to monitor, track, and manage store operations efficiently.

Unlike Important Event Logs, which provide only a basic record of significant activities, Resource Logs offer a detailed overview of store activities in visual formats like Heatmaps and Bar Charts. The Heatmap visually represents the frequency of activities occurring on each day of the year, where darker shades indicate a higher volume of actions on that specific day. This enables you to quickly identify days with peak activity levels. The Bar Chart, on the other hand, displays activity trends across different time periods, highlighting when your shop experiences the highest and lowest activity levels. Together, these visual tools provide a comprehensive, data-driven view of your store&rsquo;s operational patterns, helping you to better understand and manage the dynamics of store activity.

Virtual Surveillance is essentially a live simulation of your storefront and admin panel, providing a quick, visual overview of ongoing activities within your store. To activate Virtual Surveillance, three conditions must be met: 1. All Webhooks Enabled: Enabling all webhooks ensures that every activity occurring in the storefront and admin panel is captured, so you don't miss any important event. 2. Premium Plans: Virtual Surveillance is exclusively available to users on Business, Pro, and Ultimate plans. Those on a Basic plan cannot access this feature. However, if you're in a free trial period, you can enjoy Virtual Surveillance for up to 7 days. 3. Required Log Quota: Maintaining an adequate log quota is essential since each activity displayed in Virtual Surveillance consumes log resources. Activity Categories in Simulation: 1. Product-related actions: creation, updates, and deletions 2. Order fulfillment from the admin panel 3. Customer interactions: entering the store, adding items to the cart, and completing checkout It&rsquo;s important to note that this simulation isn&rsquo;t an exact replica of activities happening in your store or admin panel; rather, it provides a streamlined, visual representation that highlights core events and interactions. This approach allows you to observe essential operations without every minor detail, focusing instead on significant trends and activity flows.

To receive real-time notifications of activities in your store and admin panel, you can set up our Alert System to send updates directly to your preferred platform. Here&rsquo;s how to create an alert: Steps to Create an Alert: 1. Alert Info: Give the alert a clear, descriptive name for quick identification. 2. Event Category: Select the event category for which you&rsquo;d like to receive notifications, such as Product Deletion or Order Fulfillment. Event selection includes two fields: . Primary Category: Choose the main category, like Products or Orders. . Action: Select the action, such as Deletion, Creation, or Update. Both fields are required to create an alert. 3. Conditions: Define specific conditions for when to receive alerts. If no conditions are specified, alerts will be sent for all events of the selected type. You can create conditions using two modes: . Match Any: The alert will be triggered if any of the listed conditions are met. . Match All: The alert is sent only if all specified conditions are satisfied. Conditions can be: . Simple Condition: A straightforward &ldquo;Contains&rdquo; check&mdash;if the event payload contains a specific string, the alert is triggered. . Advanced Condition: Set conditions based on event attributes (e.g., title contains a specific word, or ID is equal to a value). Device-specific details, such as model, engine, CPU, and IP address, are also recorded, giving you a comprehensive view of how and from where your team engages with the store&rsquo;s operations.

To start recording staff interactions, you&rsquo;ll need to have each team member install Logify's Chrome extension. Once the extension is installed, it will capture the activities listed above. You can view these interactions by going to Logify's admin dashboard, navigating to the Workforce section, and selecting Staff Interactions.

To analyze staff interactions, you can choose either a specific team member or view all staff members' activity (the default setting). Next, select the day you&rsquo;d like to review, with the default set to the most recent date of recorded interactions. A heatmap will show interaction frequencies across different times of the day, offering a snapshot of when staff activity is highest and lowest. Additionally, you&rsquo;ll see a breakdown of the total number of interactions recorded in each time period, helping you monitor staff engagement levels throughout the day.

This table provides detailed information about each staff member&rsquo;s location and device specifications. Additionally, it offers a sequential flow of interactions for each user, including metrics such as the number of mouse clicks, keypresses, mouse movements, scrolls, and screenshots. Each interaction is also linked to the specific URL where it occurred, enabling you to see not only what actions were taken but also where they were performed within the shop's Admin Portal.

The Screenshots table displays images captured from the staff's screen during their interactions within the Admin Portal. Screenshots are automatically taken when specific actions occur, such as mouse clicks, keypresses, or changes to DOM elements on the page. This feature provides visual context to staff activities, enabling better understanding and review of actions taken within the portal.

The Staff Attendance feature provides a comprehensive overview of each staff member&rsquo;s punch-in and punch-out details. This includes the current number of punched-in staff, a list of those currently available, the last punch-in and punch-out times, and more. The table provides details such as staff name, the first and last punch-in times for the day, IP address, punch status, staff photo, and location. In the staff settings, you can configure whether staff members need to provide IP addresses, photos, and location data during punch-in. Additionally, you have the option to enable manual punch times, allowing staff to enter their own punch-in and punch-out times as needed. Since staff may punch in and out multiple times a day, you can also view a detailed attendance flow by selecting the row of the staff member in question. This feature gives you a clear, configurable view of each team member's attendance patterns and availability. The date filter lets you narrow down attendance details to a specific time period, making it easy to review staff punch-in and punch-out records for targeted analysis. Please note that the maximum time range you can select is 7 days.

For your staff members to Punch In/Out, they&rsquo;ll need to install the Logify Chrome Extension. Staff can punch in/out through two methods: either via the extension or directly from the Admin Portal. To punch in/out from the Admin Portal, locate the Logify button in the navbar and select the &ldquo;Punch In/Out&rdquo; option from the menu.

For a successful punch-in, staff members must provide specific permissions and details as required: 1. Photo: Staff members must take a photo, which requires enabling the extension&rsquo;s camera permission. 2. Current Location: Staff must attach their current location (latitude and longitude), which requires enabling location services within the extension. 3. Notes: Staff have the option to add notes to communicate any specific message to the Admin, which can be viewed in the Admin Portal. 4. Manual Time: Staff may input a manual punch-in/out time if needed. All requirements, except for Notes, can be enabled or disabled by the Admin for flexibility. If the Admin has disabled a particular requirement (such as the Photo option), staff may still provide it, but it won&rsquo;t be recorded for the punch. For instance, if the Photo option is disabled, the staff can still take a picture, but it will be disregarded during the punch-in process. Staff can perform multiple punch-ins/outs throughout the day, allowing for flexibility in tracking attendance across different shifts or breaks.

The Staff Tasks feature provides an overview of all tasks created by the Admin and staff within Logify, available for review in either a Calendar or Table view. 1. Calendar View: Displays tasks for a selected month (defaulting to the current month) and allows navigation between months, as well as toggling between month, week, and day views. This makes it easy to see task schedules and deadlines across different time frames. 2. Table View: Shows a complete list of all tasks created to date, with a date filter to narrow down tasks based on specific time periods, providing flexibility in tracking both past and upcoming tasks. In both views, four summary cards give a quick snapshot of task-related data: 1. Hours Recorded: Total hours logged while working on tasks, helping track overall staff activity. 2. Total Cost: Cumulative amount the Admin owes to staff members for completed tasks, offering an overview of task-related expenses. 3. Max Recorded By: Highlights the staff member who has logged the most hours on tasks, displaying their name and total recorded hours for easy reference. 4. Unpaid Hours: Total hours that have not yet been compensated, allowing the Admin to keep track of pending payments for task work. Together, these views and summary cards provide a clear, organized way to monitor, plan, and manage task completion and associated costs.

Manual Entry: Specify the start and end date for a manually tracked task. 3. Billable (optional): Indicate whether this task is billable. 4. Project (optional): Assign a specific project to the task for better organization. 5. Tag (optional): Add tags to categorize and identify the task more easily. This flexible task creation process helps you track and manage work efficiently, whether tasks are time-based or manually recorded.

The Storefront section provides comprehensive information on visitors who browse your shop, including details such as the pages they visited, products added to their cart, their login status, and more. Additionally, the Live Visitors section offers a real-time simulation, allowing you to monitor visitor activity on your shop as it happens. This feature provides valuable insights into visitor behavior, helping you optimize the shopping experience. Analytics is organized into two main sections, Live Data and Historical Data, to provide a comprehensive view of visitor interactions and behaviors in your store. 1. Live Data: This section displays real-time insights about current visitors, including: a. The number of active visitors currently browsing your shop. b. The number of visitors currently logged into their accounts. c. Visitor locations, giving a geographic view of active users. d. A table with detailed information about logged-in visitors. 2. Historical Data: This section offers an overview of past visitor activity within a selected time frame, which includes: a. Total number of sessions created in your store. b. The count of returning users. c. The number of logged-in visitors. d. A list of the top five products visited and added to cart. e. A summary of device and OS types used by visitors, including device type and operating system. f. A bar chart showing the distribution of session counts across different times of the day, allowing you to identify peak activity periods. These insights help track both live and historical visitor engagement, giving you a clearer understanding of visitor patterns and preferences.

The Live Visitors feature provides a dynamic simulation of visitor activity in your store, where the layout mirrors the categories and pages you&rsquo;ve set up. The layout is organized into multiple floors, each containing sections representing specific categories or pages. Visitors appear as dots that move between sections and floors, creating an interactive overview of user activity. 1. Visitor Dots: A red dot indicates a logged-in user, while a blue dot represents a guest visitor. Each dot carries essential visitor information, including session details (IP address, location, device details) and the current URL they&rsquo;re viewing. By clicking on a dot, you can view these details in-depth. 2. Navigation: You can navigate across floors using a minimap on the right sidebar, allowing easy switching between floors for a comprehensive view of visitor movements. This interactive simulation helps visualize how visitors explore your store, providing real-time insights into engagement with different sections and categories.

The Map View provides a live, global display of visitor locations as they browse your store. This map is continuously updated, adding new locations as additional visitors arrive. It offers a real-time geographical overview, helping you track where your audience is coming from around the world.

The layout for visitor simulation can be customized to suit your store&rsquo;s design preferences. To edit, simply select the "Edit Layout" option at the top-right corner of the layout section. This opens the editor modal, where you can view and adjust all sections and floors. Available options include: 1. Rename and Recolor Sections: You can update section names and colors. Note: Renaming sections can impact the simulation if the corresponding category or page no longer matches. We recommend only renaming sections when the actual store category or page name has changed. 2. Resize Sections: Adjust the size of sections to make them smaller or larger as needed. 3. Reposition Sections: Move sections to new positions by dragging them within the layout. 4. Add New Sections or Floors: Expand your layout by adding new sections or floors to match store growth. 5. Relocate Sections Across Floors: To move a section between floors, delete it from the current floor and add it to the desired floor. Once you&rsquo;ve completed your changes, click Save to update the layout.
